(1) What types of techniques are taught?
Students are taught a variety of combination strikes that involve the fist, elbow, foot, shin and knee. Every student is given a personalized training program designed to suit their skill level. The use of realistic training dummies helps students to properly strike one's opponent with maximum speed, power, and control. The techniques are geared toward mid to close range attacks that can be translated readily to street self-defense situations.

Class sessions are 1 hour in duration and students are able to create their own training schedule during these open times.
(3) How much does it cost to join?
The monthly club membership is $120 for 2 classes per week. The drop-in rate is $20 per class.
Instructor Jonathan Louie has over 40 years of experience in the martial arts and is a personal fitness trainer with a university educational degree in Kinesiology (Sports Science).
