(Frequently Asked Questions)

(1) What does a training program consist of?

Students are taught a variety of (hard style) offensive combination strikes that involve the fist, elbow, foot, shin and knee.  There is also the incorporation of (soft style) joint wrist lock techniques to control one's opponent.  The use of focus pad training dummies helps students to properly strike one's opponent with maximum speed, power, and control.  The techniques are geared toward mid to close range attacks that can be translated readily to street self-defense situations.  In addition, there are weight training exercises to help develop muscle strength and tone.  Every student is given a personalized training program designed to suit their skill and fitness level.
